AppleBee Olive: The whitewashing of the wood finds its origin in an old phenomenon, whereby the wood was treated with chalk to disinfect it. During the whitewashing process, the chalk deeply permeates the veins of the wood, giving it a beautiful, bleached look. So, are you looking for something entirely different?

The Olive is entirely made from massive teakwood. As with all other teakwood collections by Apple Bee, the Olive has also been made from TLVS-certified wood. The royal lounge chair has an extra-deep seat, which provides considerable additional comfort. The Olive is characterised by the firm teak frame with sleek and modern shapes. The whitewash shades also strongly feature in the matching lounge table, giving the entire set a soft, but warm appearance.

All weather cushions
Our BEE WETT range consists of special weather-resistant cushions that you can simply leave outside. The removable cover is made of the best possible materials, which are all washable. As well as being waterproof, the material is also guaranteed to be UV-resistant. Unlike normal foam, the unique BEE WETT filling does not absorb moisture. The open fabric structure on the bottom of the cushion drains all moisture perfectly. Washable n a delicate fabrics programme at a maximum of 30 degrees.
Teakwood
The teakwood used for the AppleBee Long-island is FSC® en SVLK® cetificated! Teak is a natural product, which can cause differences in color and/or small cracks in the wood. These differences only represent the authenticity of your product.
